Chasofront was founded in the end of 1993 as a german punk band. The first LP was released 1996 "Freiheit durch
Widerstand".
In the year of 1998 the second release was a Split-10" with Rakitis, a swedish hardcore band. At this time the genre became more and more crust or hardcore like. After some breaks, the band divorced 2005 completely and reunited 2011 with the actual band composition.
